What HEFT cannot do
Every JusticeBridge product publishes its limits in plain language. HEFT is a training log, not a clinician.
- Not medical care. Programs, films, recovery bars, and meal plates are logs and templates. They are not diagnosis, treatment, or dietetic advice. Stop and get qualified help if a lift hurts or a plate does not fit your health needs.
- Not an AI coach. Session building is deterministic rules you can read on Today. There is no large-language-model plan, no chatbot, and no generated medical claim.
- Not Fitbod. There is no 800-exercise cloud library, no Apple Watch, no barcode food database, and no App Store listing yet.
- Not a shared family login. Each person who wants a private log signs in with their own account. The People switcher is extra lockers under one account on a shared phone.
- Not a guaranteed backup. On the free database plan the locker is best-effort. Erase my log is the in-app delete path. Hosting or sign-in can go down.
- Not encrypted at rest by HEFT. The locker is Postgres. A signed-in session on a borrowed phone can read that account’s log.
