Privacy and data

JusticeBridge Technologies, Inc. is the controller of personal data in HEFT. It is a gym and nutrition log that follows your account — not a medical service.

What we store

When you sign in, your plan, lifts, meals, reminders, notes, and household names are saved to your account so another phone can open the same log. A copy also stays in this browser so the app still works if the network drops.

Sign-in uses Google, X, or an email and password. That identity (name, email, and a profile photo if the provider sends one) is stored so we know which log is yours.

The People switcher is extra lockers under your account for a shared phone. It is not a second login. Someone who wants their own log on their own phone should create their own account.

What we do not collect

Hosting is Vercel. The account locker is Postgres (Supabase). Hosting and the database still see normal operational logs. There is no analytics pixel, no advertising identifier, no AI training on your log, and no barcode food database. Gym-prep alerts use the browser’s own notification permission.

Training and food are not medical advice

Programs, films, recovery bars, and meal plates are training companions. They are not diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, or qualified coach. Stop and get help if a lift hurts or a meal plan does not fit your health needs.

Your rights and delete

Open Account and choose Erase my log. That removes the training data for this account. Sign-out does not erase. Clearing this site’s data in the browser only clears the copy on this phone. Privacy requests: privacy@justicebridgetechnologies.com.
